About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Molly — I’m a psychologist, wellness explorer, lifelong learner, and passionate guide for transformation.

With a PhD in interdisciplinary psychology and over a decade of experience supporting personal and social change, my work is all about helping people shift — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — into more empowered, meaningful lives.

But my expertise isn’t only academic. I’ve also lived the journey of deep transformation myself.

I’ve spent a year living in a van across New Zealand, wandered solo through Europe, and now live as an American expat in Morocco — immersing myself in cultures, landscapes, and rhythms that continue to teach me about presence, purpose, and what it really means to be well.

I believe that joy, love, and adventure are some of the most powerful forces for healing. Whether I’m studying the psyche, climbing mountains, or helping someone rewrite their story, my goal is always the same: to help people live more freely, fully, and authentically.

Alongside my partner and fiancé, Yassine, I co-founded Therapeutic Fitness — a modern health and wellness business where we offer personalized life coaching and fitness coaching. Together, we guide individuals through hands-on, holistic programs that empower transformation from the inside out — blending psychology, movement science, and heart-led strategy.
